Terms and Conditions for Discovery Cube Los Angeles and Discovery Cube Orange County Ticket Sales
Welcome to Discovery Cube! We are excited to offer you a fun, educational experience. Before purchasing and using your tickets, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By acquiring tickets for Discovery Cube Los Angeles and Discovery Cube Orange County, you are agreeing to these terms.
1. Ticket Purchase and Usage
Tickets purchased from Discovery Cube are for your personal, non-commercial use only. They are not to be resold, offered for resale at a premium, transferred for commercial purposes, or duplicated.
The barcode allows only one entry per scan. Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to Discovery Cube.
This ticket is an at-will revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the fact amount of the ticket, at Discovery Cube’s discretion.
2. Prohibition of Ticket Resale
Upon receipt of this ticket, all Discovery Cube ticket recipients agree and acknowledge the tickets are non-transferable and will be deemed revoked and void on transfer, and that any transferees will be deemed trespassers at any Discovery Cube locations. Neither the ticket recipient nor transferee shall receive a refund for the unauthorized transfer of any Discovery Cube ticket.”
3. Transferability
Tickets are non-transferable. The original purchaser’s name may be associated with the ticket, and proof of identity may be required for entry. Transfer of tickets without the express permission of Discovery Cube management is forbidden and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your ticket without refund or other compensation.
4. Right of Refusal and Ejection
Discovery Cube reserves the right to refuse admission, or to eject any person from the premises for reasons including but not limited to disorderly behavior, failure to comply with policy, or use of fraudulent admission tickets.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Event dates and times are subject to change. Discovery Cube may close attractions, change schedules, or cancel events for any reason, including weather and safety. In such cases, tickets may be refunded or exchanged based on the discretion of management but are not guaranteed.
6. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected during the ticket purchasing process is used according to our privacy policy available on our website, necessary for transaction processing and for internal purposes such as marketing and analytics.
7. Liability
Discovery Cube is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property. Visitors should maintain responsibility for their belongings at all times.
